  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp strong mustard
  • 5 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 whole chicken divided into 6 pieces (or 6 chicken breast)

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, mustard, concentrated tomato paste, water, cream, salt and pepper in the Speedy Chef.

  2. Place the chicken pieces in the UltraPro 3.5L, pour on the mixture from the Speedy Chef and mix with the Silicone Spatula to ensure the chicken is entirely coated with the sauce.

  3. Cover and microwave at 600 watts for 30 min., stirring halfway through.

  4. Allow to stand for 10 min.

  5. Serve with rice, steamed potatoes or fresh pasta.
